Exchanges or Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange your unwashed, unworn item(s) within 30 days from when your order is delivered. To get started with returns, you can Click Here To Access Our Returns Portal. For EXCHANGES, you can email us at downwinderkiteboardingco@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for the exchange.
Note: Exchanges are free of charge. Returns will have a $5 Shipping and Handling Fee deducted from the refund total.
Holiday Return Policy
For orders placed between November 15th through December 24th, you will have an extended period of time for exchanges or returns. You can initiate an exchange or return 60 days from the delivery date of your order.
All of the same rules apply as our normal exchanges and refunds policies. Item(s) must be unwashed and unworn.
Exchanges are free of charge. Returns will have a $5 Shipping and Handling Fee deducted from the refund total.
Damages or Defects
While Downwinder is proud of the high-quality products we sell, we also understand that manufacturing errors and defects can occur. If that is the case, please contact us!
Any item that has been worn, washed or used before the damage or defect must be further reviewed by our team before replacing the item. Please contact downwinderkiteboardingco@gmail.com if you received a damaged item.
Returns or exchanges that have been initiated with items that are damaged or defective must have a photo attached to the return or exchange request.
